Our fees for the above services are as follows:- |

| FULLY MANAGED | 10% |
| TENANT FINDS | 10% of 6 months rent, to be deducted from the first months rent. |
| An additional charge of £100 is charged on all new lettings which covers, advertising, setting up the legal agreements, preparing the inventory and informing the services of meter readings and new tenants etc. | |
